Product Description Crazy Taxi is an incredible driving game where you play a cab driver trying to get the most fares in shortest time -- no matter what you have to hit to do it!
Amazon.com Product Description Crazy Taxi is a mad race against the clock and traffic. As any of four fearless cabbies, players are driven by a single goal: to rack up megabucks in fares and tips before their shifts end. Drivers pick up passengers and take them to their destinations by any means possible. It's a comic cab opera of collisions and decisions, where courtesy takes a back seat to coin. Crazy Taxi offers all the enthralling features that made it a must-play arcade and console game, including four different cabs and drivers, each with his or her own style and attitude, two expansive and interactive courses for extensive gameplay, nine minigames to challenge various driving skills, true driving dynamics, wild, mission-based gameplay infused with humor, and a rockin' soundtrack by Offspring and Bad Religion.

Crazy Taxi June 16, 2008 I dug out this game and started playing it and it's great. You pick a Taxi driver and pick up passengers and you try not to crash into anyone or anything. I love crashing into everyone and I had a good laugh playing it. You can also crash into the trains and the underground train as well and knock cars off the road. When you knock the cars off the road and knock them up right, the cars just start to drive off again.
I give this game 5 stars!
Okay game, but the commentary is annoying February 23, 2007 It's a fairly fun game, but I'm going to have to play it muted. The drivers and the passengers say things constantly, like every two seconds and they each only have like five lines, so they reapeat themselves about every ten seconds or so. It's very annoying. The constant advertising for levi's, pizza hut, KFC, and others is disturbing. I can't belive the game designers thought that was acceptable. Also, the music sucks. I do get some enjoyment out of driving crazy. The first time I played this about 3 years ago I drove home and hit the garbage corral behind my house driving crazy in the snow.
GREAT FUN for an hour October 14, 2005 This is one of the greats. What a great game. You will not have more fun playing this game for the first hour. However, after that hour has finished, you will begin to see the game is really repetitive and kind of ugly. Ugly meaning the graphics are dreamcast quality. BUT WHO CARES. YOu buy this game as a fun diversion for 20 minutes at a time, not as a long RPG you play for hours on end in the quest for the elf's magical bracelet. If your purpose is fun over a short time. You'll love this game. If you want depth and hours of fun, look elsewhere.

The best Crazzzzzzzzzzzzy game ever January 27, 2005 This was so cool you get to choose from four different cabbies. The fastiest is axel. It's also fun because you can pick up n drive as fast as you can. So awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just about everyone in the game has the same personality! November 9, 2004 That seems a little strange to me, don't you think? When you bump into stuff, the controller rumbles. That's cool. You can choose to be on there for a certain amount of time that YOU cam only pick. Overall, this is a neat game. It has music by THE OFFSPRING, too.
